Ash is an Enterprise Agile Coach facilitating change in organisations at the executive leadership, portfolio, and team level, for achieving maximum value by focussing on customers through exceptional employee engagement. His work involves advising organisations on business agility, scaling agility to the enterprise, executive leadership development, culture change, team capability and autonomy. He facilitates pragmatic and contextual approaches over the prescriptive methods or frameworks.

He started with Extreme Programming (XP) two decades ago and moved to Scrum and Kanban subsequently leveraging LeSS, SAFe, Scrum@Scale and Disciplined Agile scaling frameworks. Over the last decade, he has focussed on large scale Digital, Agile & DevOps transformations within the Financial Services sector for Investment Banking, Insurance, and Fintech firms. He has served many multinationals as their Agile Leader in global roles like “Agile & Metrics Leader”, “Head of Ways of Working” and “Head of Agile Practice”.

He facilitates change in organisations, helping them uncover better ways to achieve outcomes. His work extends beyond IT to Portfolio Management, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, HR and Organisational Development. He facilitates change through executive & leadership coaching, systemic coaching, large scale facilitation, strategy workshops, innovation sessions, team coaching, and training courses. He is a native agilist with expertise and vast experience in coaching, consulting and training. He has trained more than two thousand people.
