Ivy is an agent of change who is passionate and effective in bringing a cultural shift at both a team and an organization level. Good at bridging differences, building alignment, eliminating waste and ultimately maximizing an organization’s ability to deliver value!

Ivy has worked in six countries helping to establish local consulting services. Her rich experience in management and IT consulting, program management, product development, and process re-engineering prior to becoming an Agile practitioner allows her to be a well-rounded Agilist who is successful in helping an organization to establish Scrum/Kanban processes and delivering results.
