Sandra Moral Boadas

Sandra is the Co-Founder of Always Improving Coaches company. They are Enterprise Agile Coaches facilitating change in organisations at the executive leadership, portfolio, and team levels.

She started two decades ago leading teams to achieve maximum value and efficiency. Now, she is not leading but supporting leaders on their transformations. She helps leaders from a pragmatic and value oriented practices. The Lean and Agile culture is in her DNA and Always Improving Coaches was born with the same culture. Their aim is always enterprise and executive leadership development to improve the lean-agile culture to gain team capability and autonomy.

She is also a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and had supported several organizations scaling the lean-agile practices using SAFe.

As a SAFe Partner, Always Improving Coaches has several professional agile trainers and coaches that conducts SAFe and LAI certifications.
