Carlos Padilha

Carlos Padilha is the Founder and Managing Director of Agile Mentoring, a Brazilian management consulting company, and a well-known person in both the Agile and Project Management communities.

As an Agile practitioner and a Certified Agile Coach (LAI-CAC), with a background in service development at high tech industries (Telecom, IT), he has been using a combination of agile values, principles and frameworks, complex thinking, traditional and experimental learning methods to support local and multinational companies in Latin America to improve their business results when working in ever-changing environments.

Based in Brazil, Carlos Padilha is currently focusing on helping organizations to implement business agility, tailoring their own models and processes. As an Approved Trainer at Lean Agile Institute (LAI), he can also teach and guide people on their agile journey (e.g., Scrum Master, Facilitator, Agile Coach)
